  • Conduct A/B or multivariate testing on the layout of his content to see if changing the hierarchy improves engagement
  • Add a product recommendation content block to the email campaign to highlight top selling products
  • Conduct A/B testing on variants of subject lines to better entice contacts to engage with the email content.
  • Add event tagging to emails to track events inside them, so he can find out more about actions contacts take before and after they click.
